Bean Crush is a puzzle game about sorting the harvest at the Eternal Granary. It collects nothing about you. This page says exactly what it keeps and where.
How far you have got down the road, the beans you have banked, the tools you are carrying, the chests you have opened, your settings and your chosen walker are all stored on your device by the game itself. They are never sent to us, we cannot read them, and deleting the app — or clearing the site's data in your browser — deletes them.
The game's lettering is loaded from Google Fonts. Fetching a font means your device's IP address reaches Google, as it does for any site that uses them; no information about you or your game goes with it. Google's handling of that is covered by Google's privacy policy. With no connection the game simply uses your device's own fonts.
The app shows advertising from Google AdMob: a banner along the bottom while a level is being played, and — only if you choose to watch one — an ad that gives you ten more moves when your moves have run out. There is nothing to buy, and the ads are the only thing in the app that involves anyone else.
Serving an ad means Google receives your device's IP address and technical details about the device, and may use an advertising identifier held by your device. Because this game is made for all ages, every ad request is marked as child-directed and limited to general audiences, which means Google serves non-personalised ads and does not use that identifier to build a profile of you. The app asks for no tracking permission because it does no tracking. What Google does with what it receives is covered by how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
The web version of Bean Crush, at mini-beans.com, has no ads at all.
The game collects no personal information from anyone, and so none from children. The app's ads are marked child-directed and general-audience, so they are non-personalised for everybody who plays.
If this changes, the date at the top changes with it.
